Hello,  Welcome to my page. I'm so happy you stopped by. I'm Olympic Bronze Medalist Randi Miller. The world of competitive athletics isn’t an easy one. It’s a full-time commitment requiring personal sacrifice and a dedication to preparation. My work ethic started at a young age, spending time outside of school pursuing the ultimate goals: To become an Olympian, compete, succeed, and have fun.

Now that I transitioned into coaching, I am passionate about helping young adults reach their potential and preparing them for the next level on and off the mat. This space is an area in which I've combined all my passion projects.

and Counseling 

My 1-on-1 mentorship program is designed for wrestlers who are serious about taking the next step in their development—on and off the mat. We meet twice a week to break down technique, build strategic awareness, and create a personalized plan for continuous improvement.

Each session focuses on actionable steps to help you get better at wrestling, including skill development, match strategy, film review, and mindset training. Beyond performance, I also guide athletes through what it takes to prepare for wrestling after college whether that’s pursuing international competition, transitioning into coaching, or building discipline and habits that carry into life and career success.

This is more than just training it’s a roadmap for growth, accountability, and long-term success in wrestling and beyond.
